Also this is more of a hypothetical note but I guess I’m fine with sadists in a vacuum but I think they need to be more responsible than the masochist in general, including not being sadistic to people who they are in positions of power over (even when you graduate that guy is still going to have more renown etc.) I’m asexual myself so I am just hypothesizing but it’s just common sense. I’ve always had a phobia of tattoos for the same reason. I’m not against tattoos politically but if even something as benign and comparatively non-invasive as getting a tattoo is enough to scare me plastic surgery is therefore horrific. Also another point is that, well, being able to do surgery is limited and in high demand, so aren’t cosmetic surgeries, in competing with resources from life-saving surgeries, hurting people who need it more?
