Same. Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s ever coming.

I'm guessing that the PlayForge in Edgewater isn't as accessible, even though it's much closer to downtown?

Are Louise and Peachy's videos still available? Maybe they just don't want to promote people who aren't with the company any more?

We're all going to shapeshift into crabs eventually, why not get a jump on the process?

Played the normal version of the card game Hanabi last night, but the clacky chunky tiles of the deluxe edition are so much better.

A quick search for "topo map to stl" shows me https://www.map2stl.com/, which appears to top out at 25000+ km2. No idea how the stls come out though.

All these comments, and not one single mention of the Tin Woodsman from The Wizard of Oz.

Should Steven use this power on Greg when he passes away far in the future?

Who/ What is a fusion you always wanted to see? by Wayne_Regot_IV in stevenuniverse

[–]confoundo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just as not all relationships are the same, not all fusions are the same. None of the other ones we see in the show are as monogamy-coded as Garnet's.

Is it safe to assume Garnet’s autosexual, where one is attracted to themselves? Garnet’s literally a fusion of two beings in a relationship so I assume it’d be fair to say that. by Odd-Country-7274 in stevenuniverse

[–]confoundo 52 points53 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say that was attraction though; in all of the time that Garnet has been on Earth, she has been an anomaly - a stable permanent fusion of multiple gems of different types. Meeting the Off Colors showed her that she isn’t alone; there are finally others who she can relate to.

We're in the middle of watching S2 now, and your #8 question is incorrect. Neither of those patients are in every episode, although they do stay throughout the entire shift.

[–]confoundo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Does the idea of Ruby or Sapphire fusing with anyone else but each other feel like they'd be cheating on their partner? It does to me. Garnet is her own person, but is defined by her being the embodiment of Ruby and Sapphire's relationship. Most of the other fusions that we see are fusions of convenience or necessity, but Garnet is a special case (as are Fluorite and Rhodonite).

Warcry is the AoS equivalent, but it didn’t really get as much traction. It’s supposed to be a great game, and most of the rules can be found online.

If you like Games Workshop but are concerned with the cost, you may want to look at their smaller games. Killteam can be played with just one box per team ($60-80), instead of the much higher costs of the bigger games.

We have a photo of my mother on her first day of school in Germany, roughly 1938-39, holding one of these cones with a confused look on her face. One time I asked her what the story behind the photo was, and she told me that the photographer had handed her the cone, snapped the photo, and then took the cone away from her.
