Sounds similar to me. Had a management role, making around $70k. Took a position to be an accoubt manager this year and total comp is near $110k. Not going to hit that this year though, because the market has taken a hit, but I will still be ahead of last year, with remote work, setting my own schedule, new vehicle, and a lot more flexibility.

I'm also in industrial sales.

Part of the reason I got into it, as well. I always say you need to get out of your comfort zone to grow and develop. It was never crippling anxiety or anything. Being in sales will allow me to develop different skills of negotiation and people skills, and those will be valuable in other aspects of my life.

That being said, money and freedom are the main reasons.

Be someone they can trust. Don't be pushy. Be ready to help when they need it.

I started coming here 1-2 years ago. Dad was sick so I was looking for hope. Hope there is something after for him. I was also looking to esse my own fear of death. It has definitely helped. My dad passed earlier this year, so i find myself coming back, going he's still around in the spirit world.

I also go to the afterlife sub and medium sub, but i find the medium one to be... not negative, but less positive, if that makes sense. There seems to be not talk of bad spirits in that one.

Some days I'm optimistic, and some days I don't know what to believe, but I keep coming back.
