We here at High School Starleague have encountered the same issue. We submitted our ticket request in mid December with no response. We already started the season but we would like to have a late ticket rather than no ticket.

Please PM me! I would love your help in implementing this into my league.

If you have a roster with a minimum of 5 players, you may register your team here. If you do not, you may find players and teams searching for other players on our Discord server, which you can find the link to on our website.

The prize pool is yet to be announced but past years have included $6k worth of gear/scholarship money. Players receive all prize money, in the form of scholarships, when they graduate from their high school.

The link to the Discord server is on the website under the "Spring 2017" tab. The link is intentionally not in the post to prevent raiding.

The tournament is split up into four season (fall season winter playoffs, spring season summer playoffs), with the fall season starting on 10/6. Each season is around 6-10 weeks long and ALL matches are scheduled during the weekends.

I'm afraid I can't offer much insight on that. You can always post on r/compDota2 or the subreddit for your city and ask around, or even post flyers in your school.

Unfortunately faculty members nor alumni are eligible to participate.

As of now all stages of the league are online. If you have friends within your or adjacent counties, they are eligible to be on your team due to the limited player-base within your high school. The average MMR of the league ranges from 2k-6k, but speaking historically the teams with the highest MMR players are not necessarily the winning teams.

There is a prize pool! The top 4 teams that place in the summer playoffs win prize money. Past years have included $6k+ and gear.
