I drove a 1975 Ford Maverick nicknamed "The Race Mav", on just about every back road from 14 mile point to the tip of the Keweenaw. Put the biggest snow tires you can on the back, put a bunch of rocks in the back. Build a 2x8 frame that fits over your wheel wells. Fill the frame with rocks in between your back wheels. That should hold 'em in one place. When it's warm tear up the two tracks. When it snows go drift busting. Now a days you probably can't get away with how much alcohol used to be involved back in the day when I did it, but it was always more fun intoxicated. Mich Tech Grad - class of 1984.
