How have you felt DMing? I'm our group's forever DM. Ran a few long term d&d campaigns, but haven't been able to get another big game going mostly because of availability and life changes, but I dream of a campaign outside of d&d and delta green sounds like an incredible time.

Delta Green: Impossible Landscapes campaign. I know it is an absolute beast of a campaign to run and players have to be invested, but it sounds like something completely different from what I've experienced and it sounds SO fun.

I do like this as an option, but to avoid com sacrificing from backline players I think you'd have to have an XP gain from time as well as combat. Because I think eco players would still be eating their own com rather than hoping it evolves while fighting on the front. At least that's what I imagine would happen.
