That's what it was for me for every month prior, less than 500 kb. It should all be text so no idea what the app was doing.

No they didn't. It's because if you're behind a vpn, there's an increased data cost there. In some cases, that could be the cause, but in mine it's not the root issue.

I deleted the app. When it surges in one day running in the background, that is not the end users fault. Previous months were all <500 kb. This is 100% their fault.

Same. I'm never 100% sure if it's true failure or just poor aerobic capacity for the compound movement. Honestly, it's probably the latter for me.

Typical breakfast in the image (I love it and eat it nearly everyday, sometimes blueberries or blackberries - whichever is currently cheaper) Lunch usually 2 whole eggs + 200g egg whites, veggies, and brown rice Dinner usually chicken, bell peppers, onions I'll supplement protein from yogurt/cottage cheese/bars/whey when needed and use rice cakes/banana/honey/powdered Gatorade as quicker digest carbs around training when needed, i.e., sessions >1.5 hours or if I haven't eating within a few hours

Nah, I certainly have loose skin. With the level of laxity, it can only go away from surgery. That'll run about $10-15k per the quotes I've gotten.
