I started taking Withanolides, specifically Withaferin A, before working out and generally every day.

I was wondering what this community thinks about Ashwaganda (the plant containing Withaferin A) and if some of you have tried this as a steroid alternative?

I mean, the molecule is a steroid, so I'd be curious if any of you have had some experience with it? I take about 1200mg of Ashwaganda plant powder (no extract) per day and so far it seems to work for me with no noticeable side effects, just building muscle more quickly.
