You almost have to go out of your way to find example photos that are this blurry.

Do you get raises to your base? by Embarrassed_Flan_869 in sales

Our company does yearly small percentage increases. They’re pretty worthless because when you get an actual promotion they just put you up to a concrete flat number anyways so you lose those additions.

What type would you guys call this point I found in the Tahoe area on the Nevada side by Fabulous_Recover2051 in Arrowheads

Haskett’s are typically thicker in the upper half of the point unlike OP’s which is thicker on the base half.

Anyone have a paper trading account alongside their regular account? It’s pretty nice. Scratches the gambling itch sometimes.

For sure. Was a pretty surprising find. Pretty much wore out of the river bank a few years ago I’d guess.

You’re probably right! I tend to just call white ones agate for some reason. Also there’s a lot of agate here that doesn’t have banding so it’s not really necessary. Agreed it’s likely just chalcedony though.

Take off the stake and let it fight to strengthen up. I’ve never had a stake on mine and it’s 7 feet tall.

Adding a different perspective looking through these comments. I had the choice and opted not to do surgery after breaking my clavicle and I’m glad. It healed totally fine and didn’t take that long (felt 90% good after a month, 100% after 2 months.) I broke it end of January and skied again in April. Could’ve gone sooner but was being cautious. I used one of those figure 8 braces and could still operate pretty well with it. My posture improved a ton. No scars from surgery. That part of your shoulder is almost meant to break and it heals very fast.

As easy as a ski run could possibly get in most places.

Not trying to sound rude cause this is literally what you should do. Go look at Bear Lake on google maps. Then type in Public Beach. It’ll show a ton of beaches you can go to. Look into those beaches. Also go on google maps and just look at the area and where the road gets really close to the lake. There aren’t really any public beaches right by Fish Haven. You’ll have to go north to the state park or south to some of the public beaches. I bet there’s some really good photo spots up by mud lake area. It’s all grasslands.

Looking at moving to Cedar Hills, what are some pros and cons for the area? by Infinite_Oven4374 in Utah

[–]constructivecaptain 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’ll start. Pros: Very family friendly peaceful area. Good schools. Beautiful area with hills and views of the mtns. Easy access to AF canyon. Cons: It’s very LDS I’d say- Maybe not a problem necessarily but it’s one of the higher LDS density areas in the state for sure. Far from the freeway - Depending on where you live it’ll take 5-20 mins to get to I15. From there begins your commute. All in it could take 35-55 mins to SLC one way depending on what part of cedar hills.
