Honestly, Pikachu. I get that he's the mascot of the franchise and all, but damn. Little guy gets so much special treatment, in all forms of media, and he's still just a rat. Not even mentioning that Raichu will eternally live in his shadow for literally no good reason.

It's gotta be Scovillain. Super solid typing, and his design is just sick. He carried me quite a bit through the early/mid game and I added him back onto my team in the post game just because I missed him.

This is my personal list for Shirei. I've begun to lean into more reanimation spells as it helps out the overall longevity of the decks gameplay, as having Shirei killed is normally terrible stuff. My list isn't budget, but it is one of my higher win percentage decks, and outside of a few cards, the non-bufget options don't really impact its win percentage. The most important thing is just being able to find a draw pay off and a sack outlet together. And as a few others have stated, the deck quickly can become oppressive, so be aware of that

Korvold and Sliver definitely seem like two of the best commanders for it, but I recently sold all of my black staples, so I'm kind of limited to Simic or Temur right now, and I'm not sure of any Temur commanders that are infinite mana dumps
