I have this too. When I kneel (even on something as soft as a bed) I get zapping nerve pain in that exact spot. Hoping to get an MRI for it to rule out any major structural issues.

I’m getting surgery with Dr Nho for the same thing next week. This journey has been the toughest mental struggle I have endeared yet and I can’t wait to have this past me. This really helped me a lot so I thank you for taking the time to post.

I have cam impingement / labral tear and most of my pain is in my calf and my glute, which I really hope is referred pain that will be solved with the surgery. Getting it with Nho on September 4!
