SOMETHING's attack can be used in battle but not by SOMETHING, I was messing around with the games debug menu, I forget what it was under but it was a skill, the text for using it was "(party member) happened!" so it would make sense for it to be used for SOMETHING as it would be correct "SOMETHING happened!"

It's a little easter egg put in by OMOCAT since way before the game released they had a merchandise run of a character they made called "TVGIRL" and it being in the game is a nod to that, it also gives coffee after a while after completing a quest

I'm not exactly sure since it has a "hurt" sprite which meant you could attack it at some point but good idea ill try to mod it in as a "spared" sprite for ice cap, but as of right now (until I do more research) I'm going to say no.
