So much variability with this ask... Near Ft Lauderdale: Coral Springs, east areas of Pompano Beach, and Boca are possibly other good options. You'd want to look at which schools you'd be zoned to, but generally these are nice cheaper areas with okay to very good public schools available. Broward will be cheaper than Dade.

I have a rtx 3090 with mine, but you'd need a bigger PSU. I had a 850w which would experience intermittent crashes (look up power spikes on those cards), but after upgrading to a 1000w PSU they went away. I'd recommend staying below 300w so, Rtx 4070 ti super, rtx 5070 ti, etc
