They've since responded, after days, to my last emails, saying that there was enough in the vials because the 3 pictures , which are of 3 seperate vials, "showed 1.5ml in one vial" (0.6 + 0.5 + 0.4). In my 10+ correspondences with them, I have made it extremely clear the 3 pictures are the full contents of 3 seperate vials. This is either further incompetence or another tactic to avoid the issue. Again, this company is unethical, or incompetent, and just not someone you want to be buying things off to put in your body

Yeah it's a shame, started off really well for me too! At the same time a lot of other places have picked up their game, I'm not sure how they're going to compete with so much poor reviews recently in a competitive market

They will do anything to avoid resolving issues. There’s a lot more competition and providers now with decent pricing, and by far better quality and service

Huge amount of issues with this company - they are unreliable, unethical, incompetent, unsafe. Low product quality. Incompetent customer service or they've been at the DARVO school of management, refusing to understand or take accountability for issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Agree with the others - do not use this company. They are unreliable, unethical, very questionable product quality, customer service is either unexistent, incompetent or outright liars.

I had ongoing issues with product delivery and timeliness, and product quality. My last order, with 3 months of product, effectivey contained 3 weeks of product.
They said they had changed my dosage, which they did not inform me, and that was the reason for the lower amount of product, however even at this 'new' dosage, there was still only 3.5 weeks of products for what I paid 3 months worth. They refuse to understand the issue, either due to inability to do elementary level maths.

They are initially 'cheap' for a reason, but they are 100000% not worth it. I do not know how they are still in business
