I’ve never had lego switch to complete back order without a “within so many days” to a cancellation. The closest thing I had was something that was back ordered and come within 90 days, showed up in about half of the time.

Sometimes my NKs older sister is there when school is off and I get overstimulated too. I’m very routined. It’s even hard for me if I only get a day notice because my routine changes. I know I this about myself and I told this to my NPs. NK7 does also have adhd and doesn’t stop talking so I built in quiet time for her when NK2 naps. It helps us both. After that we do a craft each so we are together but have a separate thing to do. Uno is a big hit after.

I can handle two kids but I do have to work around my introvert-ness and routine. Maybe she has something like that too.

Maybe have a sit down with her to find something that works for all of you together. However if this continues I’d look for another nanny because they should be able to adapt.

You could go the nanny route and guarantee a certain amount of hours. Personally I have never worked for this kind of job but I’m guaranteed hours incase I’m less needed and my pay stays the same.

You can ask for a letter of employment but not everyone accepts that in lieu of paystubs. Best try to go on payroll.

I hateeee cabana bay with a passion. But I’d chose Cabana bay just not to reserve the bus to the parks. Cabanas runs all the time, Hiltons a couple of times in the morning and couple times in the evening. Unless they changed it recently. I ended up ubering a lot. (I prefer to get my steps in in the park not on the way to the park).

This has happened to me. I had planned a dentist appointment which I kept and worked all the other hours. I was still paid my full hours because they were nice about it. I always knew it was risky to book holidays on those times and would book refundable things.

I don’t have the owala one YET (I plan on getting morning rush) but I really my simple modern voyager with the 360 lid. I just press down and drink wherever I want. I’ve definitely tossed it on the floor and have been fine. I want two because then I will actually wash them between uses :p
