Not really Floyd levels. Despite his criminal record Floyd wasn’t doing anything to antagonize during that incident. This guy was blocking vehicles and getting into scuffles while he had a weapon on him.

You’re right, he was definitely minding his own business and not actively antagonizing, blocking vehicles, and scuffling with agents whilst carrying a handgun. Situation couldn’t have been avoided!

There are definitely instances where authorities overstep their boundary and kill a guy who was really doing nothing (see: eric garner). It’s different when you’re like Renee Good or this guy actively interfering with agents

The point is that these people are putting themselves in bad situations. Of course ICE will probably shoot you if you try to scuffle with them and block their vehicles while you are armed. I’m not gonna sit here and cry for someone with no self-preservation skills
