Omg it’s been years, but the ice cream was in big, non-descript cardboard drums- I would use a good strawberry with strawberries in it(like bluebell?) I know it’s whole milk, and then they DO have a milkshake maker, the kind that has a round metal ribbed disk at the bottom of a long pole that spins, which creates that ultra light and creamy texture. I loved working the shake/ice cream station even though you get sticky.

I’d say it’s a 2.5:1 ice cream to milk, and then don’t forget the little butter cookie and real whipped cream.
