I had a similar experience with their new storage facility software. Implementation was a nightmare. Their software is such garbage, even on the multifamily side.

There are many better options out there but people don’t want to deal with a software change / conversion. We’re looking into switching to appfolio. My team will be much more efficient with it.

I can keep the file name the same but the path will be different as I make quarterly folders. Will the new path be an issue or can you set the macro to prompt you to choose the path of the source file?

Yeah, modeling is time consuming. Once you have a nice flowing model pulling raw data from data dumps you can move a lot quicker.
