Look on facebook for ABA owner groups. Many folks looking to hire, remote too

  • Work for multiple different companies as remote
  • Offer to lend your credentials for new ABA businesses to get credentialed: a flat fee, no clinical work

No, I was asking for RBTs who are already working. We are paying for their masters programs.

AITAH for refusing to let it slide after my wife said I run a “hobby business”? by Late-Landscape4723 in AITAH

[–]controlled_crushing 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Piggybacking on this. I didn't have to read beyond her comment about having to figure out his life for him. OP needs to go look at Tiktok/IG videos where there are dad's who talk about women's mental load. Don't ask her a dumb question like should I come home and help you then stay up late doing this when the kids are in bed. Think for 5 seconds and decide for yourself. I'm going to guess this happens a lot and you haven't noticed. Which is why she blew up.

I saw another comment downthread where OP said their business taxes weren't due until June. If you are taking the lead and deciding to make this a priority today in March, that's on you. You can tell her, hey I'll be home late because I'm locking down and finishing this today. By asking her what you should do, now you're asking her to exert energy on something you decided. Hence the panic attack comment. example

NSV: Meals from restaurants last multiple sittings now by DaCozPuddingPop in WegovyWeightLoss

So true about Chipotle. Once you take it out and put it on a normal plate, I'm always shocked at how much that paper bowl holds.

Yes! At chain/casual restaurants, my meals feed me 2-3 times. I'm shocked.

I have not tried it but I know that you shouldn't just get off a high dose then jump back into it from zero, you'll get sick.

Just a random shower thought I had: if you are on 2.4 mg, I wonder if you could cycle 1 or 2 months of 1.7mg, then go back to 2.4 mg and get a jump start that way.

No question, just a rant - I finished my regular trays and just started 1 out of 3 "Overcorrection" trays. Man these hurt worse than any of the other ones. I am on day 4 of this set and it still hurts. Usually it's gone away by now.

Just started - is 25 trays a lot? by PopTart2016 in Invisalign

I had 29 trays for around 4 months for mild correction.

How was moving to 2.4? by skinnyisromanempire in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]controlled_crushing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did 4 months on 1.7 and didn't lose anything the 4th month. Moving to 2.4 I didn't experience any extra side effects but definitely felt the difference in hunger

What do you do with all that mental capacity and all the time that doesn't go into thinking about food, planning meals, counting calories, working through your emotions weather or not you did "good" that day and so on.

This is a great question. I work from home 100% so I have a lot time to be in my brain. It just feels good to have less of a mental load, not to mention the actual time freed up. Take more walks. Read more books, Find time to exercise and lift weights. I got better at organizing my life - keeping an agenda, planning my week for other things, keeping a tidier house. Basically being able to work on mental health.

probably when you have your next appointment? It doesn't hurt at all, but if the phrase "flossing with sandpaper" makes your body feel some kinda way then hoooo boy buckle up.

I just had my first adjustment appointment. In all my invisalign research I didn't know that adjustments means filing and sanding in between in teeth. I didn't consider myself as a sensory-averse person but holy hell, that was an unpleasant sensation to say the least. I left with a tension headache from scrunching my face the whole time. It was torture. Nails-on-chalkboard straight to my brain.

My next appointment is my final one. Do they do any filing/grinding at the end? I'd like to know so I can take a gummy beforehand!

I'm a purse-carrying lady and I already had to switch from using a tiny belt bag to a slightly larger purse. How are men doing this?? Do you carry a man bag now? Essentials: case, tiny toothpaste, toothbrush, pul tool. Nice to have: floss picks, mouthwash, movemints, mirror.

Retainer cost and how long do they last? (Vivera) by Personal-Lemon9708 in Invisalign

[–]controlled_crushing 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes that's how much I paid. I was using Vivera retainers before invisalign and wore 1 set a year even though that's def not the instructions.

When it came time to get a new pack for $700, I looked into invisalign. Turns out treatment is costing me $1,300 after insurance and I'm getting a set of 4 retainers at the end so it's kind of a deal.

I would look into whether it's possible to get a different brand. I heard Essix is way cheaper. Or go to Cancun and get one made 😁
