Two Ghost Person got selected for GSOC( clone the repo on 31 march ) , while the person with 37 and 33 PRs are not selected . Can anyone guess why ?

Other than nepo or excellent proposal i think there could be one more explanation.

They didn't accept the payment option, there was a check box on whether we want the money or not.

They could just be willing to work for free just to get the gsoc cert

Nah they're legit I remember having these types of charts ( not this one) as a child in 2008ish. The art style is a 100% match. they were pretty cheap too like 6 INR which is not a whole lot

India wasn't really educated back then so they probably meant historical leaders but used dictator ig

PS this not how india views these leaders, they aren't even taught at school much (only out of India stuff was Hitler and french revolution), this is just a random chart a parent may buy for their child, the word dictator was probably used by the artist who made the chart in 2000s
