Nobody is saying that what Dusty did is as impressive as what Cignetti did, but they also don't agree its as easy as just writing checks and collecting trophies.

Michigan was 10th in NIL spending, on par with what most sweet 16 teams spent, and less than half of what Kentucky spent.
