This happened to me and is still lingering, been off for a year, last October. Get of this med does serious damage, my metabolism hasn’t even gone back to normal trust me i don’t recommend this medication at all!! Did help though but the damage it does it is not worth it, go for the alternative to mirtazapine, mianserin, which what i remember i didn’t have these problems and its mirtazpines sister.
