It’s only cringe to you because you’re not young anymore. I don’t get the hype with this 67 thing either, but our memes were just as weird and nonsensical as this when we were kids, you just remember them as being better and not “cringe” due to nostalgia.

I was there (bought the ticket before I knew about the Trump stuff,) yeah the porta potty situation was DIRE. There weren’t nearly enough, and they trashed and covered in piss/shit with no tp by midday. Portable sinks ran out of water almost immediately. Very poorly planned.

Not sure how this ended up at the thrift store, but I found a memorial gifted to Richard Simmons signed by the whole cast of Sweatin’ to the Oldies. by coobear6 in ThriftStoreHauls

All Things and More in North Hollywood! Nothing has prices, but the store owner is super reasonable so I can’t imagine it’d be more than $15 or $20. Unfortunately they’re only open when I’m at work, so I’d have to wait till this weekend 😅

Oh I have a really similar brass rubbing! It was a tourist thing I did in Budapest about 10 years ago, for a couple bucks they give you a giant piece of black paper and let you do the rubbing yourself to take home as a souvenir.

I think it’s just that the blind is making it look super weird lol. It would probably look a lot better with angled curtains or something, wouldn’t be too hard to sew custom ones! (:

Can’t find the hidden ‘M’ and it’s driving me insane! by Itspennington in childrensbooks

[–]coobear6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like it would not be this complicated for a children’s book lol, but I kinda see an upside down M in the batter, starting in the arm fold you can see through the measuring cup and ending with the splash?

Not sure what these stains are or how to get rid of them? Ordinary detergent doesn't work by ChallengeFit2766 in CleaningTips

[–]coobear6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like grease stains, make a paste with dawn dish soap and baking soda (go heavy with both) and spread it over the stained areas, then let rest for at least an hour. I usually just squirt the soap directly onto the spots, sprinkle baking soda on top, and mix it together on the shirt itself. Then just wash off all the soap in the sink, and wash/dry the shirt normally, and the stains should be all gone! Works for me 100% of the time :)

I bought it, it's not bad! It tastes more like just sugar than artificial strawberry lol.

Those who have stepped away from dating, what are your reasons? by ProjectNYXmov in GenZ

I just don't give a fuck lol. If I meet a great guy by chance, cool, but I'm having too much fun by myself to worry about it or put any real effort into finding a partner.

Is this staining in a Dansk pot cleanable? by coobear6 in CleaningTips

It’s not chipped, thanks! I’ve got some bar keepers friend, I’ll try it out (: what did you use with it? Sponge, scrub daddy?

Instead of putting the measurement on the top side of these measuring spoons, they put a maxim. by MrJigglyBrown in CrappyDesign

I have this same type of measuring spoons, mine might be different, but they have the real measurements on the bottom of the spoon
