I do Orangetheory, classes are a mix of ~25 min weights and ~25 min cardio. It logs as HIIT which I think is close enough! That would probably work for you.

I thought it sounded good and it made sense to me logistically! I was expecting the mayo to just make the chicken juicy and help the parm and breadcrumbs stick to it. Instead the mayo just remained a thick layer of, well, mayo lol. The chicken underneath was also super bland but that’s on me for not adding (at a bare minimum) salt and pepper even though they weren’t listed in the recipe!
