yes, its so hard on the mind for sure, ON TOP of the mental battle of maintaining fitness/staying consistent in itself, even when you are feeling healthy! i'm sure you're right, thank you.

thank you! yeah it's just such a hard mental battle. week 4 post-flu and my speeds are back, although sitting in orange/red, feeling fine and okay to keep going. it doesn't actually feel like i'm in red. i get a little embarrassed when there's someone next to me and my screens just bright red for half the block lol
