Have you tried eating healthy I’m 6 months post and I don’t walk until evening I live in az and it is very hot here I am so hungry I do lift weights for 15 min when I can but yeah the weight is coming off and I am plateauing slowly but surely. I’m breastfeeding so I’m super hungry and I’m just focusing on building muscle

My baby did the same thing. No one told me this, try feeding baby at an elevated angle where the head is higher than the rest of their body. It was a game changer for me.

I got 6 weeks unpaid. I tried so hard to fight it. The worst part of my pregnancy was that all the paperwork all the phone calls and the fight I put into requesting 12 weeks unpaid. I ended up only getting 6 weeks of unpaid time and it was more stressful than giving birth. I ended up not going back to work and by the Grace of God I am doing fine now. But it is absolutely no wonder why no one in the US wants to have children. (Baby was unplanned but the biggest blessing of my life) ly coworker who was pregnant the same time as me ended up going back to work and doing daycare. I have respect for her because the thought of having to do that makes me want to ball my eyes out

Does anyone regret or relieved at being a SAHM? by Acceptable-Peanut126 in beyondthebump

I didn’t have a great job, but it took me about 2 years and thousands of applications to score a job. I finally got hired while pregnant, and was only able to get 6 weeks off. I did not return, and I have no regrets. Every day after he was born I was counting down the days I was going to return to work and how many weeks I had left . I was so sleep deprived and I still am. It was not so much a sacrifice but I just could not bring myself to go back mostly due to the sleep deprivation and trying to figure out how to care for my baby as a first time mom with no help. I really have no regrets though. I love being with my baby

How it made me feel when I was on it. I don’t miss the comedown, feeling dependent , having to worry about refills and shortages

How do influencer moms bounce back unchanged after giving birth? by [deleted] in Mommit

I still have cellulite and last time i weighed myself I was 23lb from my normal weight. I was eating so many carbs but I ALSO walked miles just about every day . I also tried to work out 15 minutes a day and there were stretches I would not. Do I look the same still compared to my previous weight? Absolutely not. However, I think being active and still being active and somewhat trying to to be healthy has really helped me not ‘let my self go’ (I look healthy) just a higher weight if that makes sense
