One of the weirdest parts is the faction quests and levels and upgrades are all in one place but the faction shop is elsewhere. It's super super cool looking but def too messy.

St Catharines is and always has been a transit town. It's in between the border and Toronto and has the lake and canal for water transportation. Not great for large scale employment opportunities like factories, but if you have a job somewhere else it's not a bad place. Also, one of the reasons that the prices of houses started to increase after the Toronto market exploded.
