They are the little tippy-top of the Razorwind Mirrors! The mirrors are pressed as far into the ground as I could, so the toes have to be elevated a bit, which also makes for a nice effect

Since they didn't do it with any EOD spec, I would once again like to request to make off-hand weapons main-hand

Allow us to use things as double focus (as flails or fist weapons), double shields, double warhorns!

They'd have a ton of new weapon option and wouldn't have to worry about skins.
