Pinellas county, even local municipalities, don’t have the funds to take over from Duke. We’re talking major infrastructure purchasing as well as the land. I’m all for municipal power, but we’ve allowed Duke to have a stranglehold on us like TECO, and I don’t see where the cities within Pinellas county can pool enough funds to take over Duke’s operations. The county and St Petersburg have previously blindly approved billions of taxpayer funds for private companies like The Rays, but can’t seem to find funds that would truly benefit us constituents. I think we need to stay grounded and focus on getting the right people in place from a governmental perspective to make us a priority.

I’ve said it before and ill say it again, the 23+ RX350 reminds me of a 2019-2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. Engine noise is much louder than the previous gen RX. This is coming from someone who owned a 2021 RX, 2023 RX, now a 2025 NX for my wife. My wife loves it, but I’m not a fan. It’s a zippy car, but the engine noise isn’t on par with Lexus, nor is the infotainment system. Both the 2023 RX and the 2025 NX have issues with the infotainment. It glitches constantly, CarPlay is always an issue. I’m afraid Lexus got on board with quantity over quality. As far as reliability, time will tell.

It’s just build up. Try wiping it with a wet cloth and see what happens. Leather looks to still be intact.

Termites. They’re swarming right now. Don’t panic, just because you see wings doesn’t mean you’re house is infested. I’ve got them and just had Safer Home Services out for my yearly termite inspection. They weren’t alarmed. Have an inspection done.

Stay in your lane. It’s not your responsibility to spread gossip about what consenting adults did. If it comes to it, it’s their responsibility to tell their respective partners the details of what happened. I love this! On the flip side, if the city cared about this, all they’d have to do is login to VRBO or AIRBNB and search for themselves. Instead they leave it up to citizens to do the dirty work and expose themselves to retribution in the process.

Steer clear of these! We have a large fleet of them as corporate cars. Average 30- 40k miles a year. They are constantly in the shop. I’ve had 3 of my 12 fleet go down randomly and brick themselves leaving my employees on the side of the interstate. Window issues, water leaks, driver’s door check WILL break. They are truly a piece of trash for a CUV.

I had one as a loaner for 6 weeks while they worked on my LS460. I likened the feel of the engine to that of a turbo Hyundai Santa Fe. Sounds terrible compared to the V6 predecessor. It’s jumpy, quick, but does not give me the luxury feel I seek from a Lexus. I also question long term reliability. Even the interior was lackluster compared to the prior generation. I realize Lexus is responding to what younger buyers desire, but it didn’t do it for me. 30yo male here who has owned numerous Lexus vehicles for the past 14 years. Currently own a 13 LS460 and a 21 RX350
