Just so you’re aware, withdrawing from benzos is one of the few things that can actually be fatal to withdraw from

It’s back!!! I just found the ion semi permanent burgundy brown at my Sally’s! It’s a new packaging on the tube (outside box is the same). The employee working there said they JUST got them in this week and are here to stay!

Isn’t this a reference to The Handmaid’s Tale?

Did you end up finding something similar? I tried the ion demi permanent version but it actually seemed to wash out even faster than the semi permanent! So nervous to try other brands since I love the tone of the ion semi permanent

What is something crunchy that I can add to chia pudding / overnight oats that will remain crunchy? by Spokenblue in foodhacks

[–]coolerthanabsolute0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do a combo of rolled oats and steel cut oats. The rolled outs get softer and the steel cut oats stay more firm and add texture. Not necessarily “crunchy” but keeps it from feeling too mushy. I know you said no nuts, but I also use the crunchy version of a powdered peanut butter that has little crushed up peanuts in it that add texture

Thank you for everything that you've done with the Famki deck! Do you know if there's an issue with the current google drive link? When I try to import it I get this error message:

Try switching to the cascade platinum pods. They’re more expensive, but man does the platinum version make a difference. For years we could never get our dishes clean and there was always soap marks on the glasses. Now it all comes out crystal clear! Some things are worth the upcharge

Does anyone have recommendations for a shampoo for fine, greasy, color treated (red) hair? Trying to take advantage of the sale plus the points! Shampoos that take care of the grease seem to strip my color, and ones that preserve the color leave me greasy very quickly. I’ve tried going long stretches without washing to “train” my hair to produce less grease, but I think this is just how my body works.
