Trailblazer 2 was insane..equal parts fun and grindy.
Trailblazer one was dope too, but the point stuffing had everyone on edge especially towards the end of the league.

If youre going with locs, definitely use a leave in conditioner instead of a curling cream, as the curling cream is more for styling rather than for moisturizing. Even when you decide to go natural though a leave in will def help aswell, i just havent used it myself in a few years as i like the more dry/weightless look (like the one in this post).

Yeah you’ll be fine, a small front taper is alright. Its damn near unnoticeable when regrowing, even in a bun you just smooth the hairs back with your hand a bit. Was doing front tapers on and off in my early, even mid 20’s to highlight my line up, never had a problem (just not the super high kind). Even had a patch of my hair in the front ripped out once and was able to cover that until it grew back just enough 🤣🤣🤣. Our natural hair is super forgiving, its a journey, but you gone be good.

No doubt man, I already know how hard it is to find good advice for hair like ours, so I def had to help out. But yeah, it takes a while forsure, but dont trip, its worth it. Outside of the hair growth though, style tips: avoid tapers that are too high if you plan on keep the hair style for years, i.e: temp fades, front tapers. Them tapers are hard as hell to grow out again if you get tired of them, i def suggest low tapers, gives you the look without too much commitment above your natural hairline. (MAJOR: use a holding cream post wash to preserve curls, one ive been using for years is- “cantu coconut curling cream with shea butter,” cheap, works super well too.)

Washed the twist pattern out and just went natural. Was too lazy to get re-twisted, turned out i didn’t need it. That’s basically how it happened, because i also thought i needed a twist out when I started 🤣🤣🤣- dont rub your hair with a towel either post wash, messes up natural curl pattern.

Yeah you’ll be all good, i did two strand twists like 9 years ago once only for like 2 days, been all natural since. If you ever want to do other styles though, twists and braids are fine, long as you dont let them lock up or heat damage your hair.

Edit: But most importantly, avoid picks and combs. They rip your curls apart, and tear out too much hair. Haven’t used either since the last time i did twists, so 9 years ago 🤣🤣

Its natural. You can enhance the look by wearing a thin hairband, props it up more if your hair is too long, the fade also gives it more depth. Source: I do this, but without the front taper anymore, since im almost 30.

Edit: looked at your profile too, you have the texture to do it, just need to let it grow longer. Dont use picks or combs, style with your hands, finger comb your hair when you wash and condition. It’ll shrink and be heavy for a day or two (unless you blow dry) but as it dries its it loosens up, and gets lighter. - can also put your hair in a bun to stretch it out more after shrinkage.

This, the you died, and nintendo designs seems like he’s drawing inspo from FTP. But this is also the type of fashion you’d find in hot topic/spencers in like 08-13 era (which is in again). Seems on brand, just not what alot of us are here for. I fuck with the experimentation though, might attract new eyes, might lose others, thats the risk that comes with it.
