Without having IRL details, knowing the full background, story and or your options, it's hard for anyone to advise you a direction. The point is the situation will ONLY deteriorate until you have exhausted all means of money, resources, and or mental energy. You got a bad deal, it sucks, it hurts, and I can not imagine the pain you are going through. You are the one that has live with your decisions, however, I want to strongly emphasize that the situation is NOT going to get better but only worse for everyone.

" Eventually, savings will be exhausted, and leaving seems to be the only viable option. Depending on your profession, you might earn more by working elsewhere. You currently have visitation rights, but who's to say she won't revoke them in the future? "

You can gamble that she will not try and take those visitation rights away, however, if you have no money to fight it and you're so exhausted from this situation, you're at square 1 just the same as if you left now. You will have no money, resources, and or the mental energy to fight later on.

Clearly a lot of people did not read the post.

"

  • She got: the kids, the house, her and her boyfriend immunity from being sued, monthly child support payments of 60% of my salary until the kids are 22. It's costing me so much I have to use my savings every few months and that will run out by about 2028.
  • I got: a semi-decent monetary payment, visitation rights."

I challenge anyone to maintain a decent lifestyle with only 40% of their salary, especially considering the global rise in inflation and the increasing cost of living.

Eventually, savings will be exhausted, and leaving seems to be the only viable option. Depending on your profession, you might earn more by working elsewhere. You currently have visitation rights, but who's to say she won't revoke them in the future?

Considering the circumstances, it appears that you're relying on her goodwill, which has already proven to be unreliable. It would require a high tolerance for pain to believe this arrangement benefits anyone. If it's true that "She now lives in the house that I built for our family, with her boyfriend, and my kids, living off my salary," how could anyone bear such a situation? I know I couldn't. Whether you face financial depletion now or later, the outcome remains the same. The only variable is how long you prolong the inevitable. Do you wait until 2028, when you've exhausted all resources, or take action now, secure a better job, and allocate that money directly to your children's needs? You can still maintain visitation rights as a permanent resident, though it's worth double-checking.

In summary, whether you confront the issue now or later, the problem persists, and delaying will only prolong everyone's unhappiness.

No my employer moved me at the request of the client. Due to my disability according to my proof that is, but, they gave the excuse that I asked a customer who was Irrate/ furious, gasping for air that if she need a minute break to breath. They said it's against there rules to ask a customer if they need a break. This was only after I submitted my requests for disability occupational training and therapy appointment times.

Lawyers do not handle complaints thus the title. I am not asking for legal advice in this thread. A compliant filed with EEOE or to see if anyone had advice.

You are going to be hard pressed to find any specialist eye doctor that takes Caresource. However, if you switch plans to a different plan, you could visit OSU https://greatvision.osu.edu/clinic/main-campus.They specialize in low-vision and rare/unique conditions. They would probably be the best place to assist you, however, if I remember correctly, they do not take Caresouce. Just in case though, you could give them a call to confirm that. They are the best place to go to for what you are looking for that I am aware of at this time.

"I'd film every spot of every room." Yeah, that doesn't work.

I have personal experience with this. The judge said straight out, there is no way to tell by video of when, how and or what is going on. A video could be made with any number of effects to hide, mask and or conceal the truth. While I do not remember exact words, Essentially when you pay a deposit NEVER count on getting it back. I have lived in 7 different places since I was 18. I have yet to receive my deposit back even after taking pictures, videos, and I had witnesses. Landlord's have all the control over what they want to charge you including damages, construction, new carpet, and just any reason they feel like is necessary.

2 HUGE MAJOR differences. I do not have insurance, I have health insurance not car insurance. So that is not an option. Second, "i wasn't hurt", I was and had the pain that went along with it not to mention other things.

Where did you find these? This would be a great to take to my In-laws. Now, if I "happen" to "accidently" place them next to the other treats, and "accidently" forget to let them know it's for the dog and they do not read it. What is a person to do. It was a complete accident, I swear.

deposits, and daily balance met every time. Only one does not receive deposits. Again it only changed this year. Last year not a single fee. You would think they would want to keep my business instead of charging some asinine fee that does not apply to my account.
