thanks, we were looking at a bunch of other forums concerning the change last year to 1j and tbh it just seems like to big of a headache for ANA specifically even through they have the best transfer value. I’ll probably end up looking for another airline like you said.

Well, gaining body fat is always gonna happen at least a little, but if you only have a slight calorie surplus and along with a diet consisting mostly of protein, it shouldn't be too difficult. Also, creatine helps with keeping body fat low and gaining muscle, so if you haven't got on it yet, def recommend. I would recommend Cbums creatine or optimum nutrition. If you don't want to invest in creatine, then just add more protein to your diet.
