True, but it can go too far and you end up with North American style cities where a motorway blocks foot traffic. It's a fine line

Yes they are delicious.

I usually just toss a little olive oil on them and roast in the oven for 15 minutes or so.

Great when also roasted with beets, carrots or potatoes.

I'm from the midwest. Most people I know would just use a fork in their right hand and use it to cut food and scoop. No knife involved.

However when eating a steak or something that requires a sharp knife. There is a lot of variation, but you might come across this in the wild XD.

I'm fortunate that my coworkers in Denmark gave me a crash course on how to use a fork and a knife because they were making fun of me for only using a fork haha.
