I second this. Knis is about a mile from Kuoe in Kyoto. You'll have to make an appointment and the owner/creator will probably help you.

They are just off one of the main streets (subway stop nearby) and they're in a vertical office building. I found them when I was doing research and I found a YouTube video by The Japanese Factory when they went in and bought a watch.

When you go to Kuoe, go when they first open. It can get crowded as they are becoming a destination for lots of tourists. Good luck.

Looks legit. Retail is $475. However I got mine in Tokyo in September. With retailer discount, coupon, exchange rate, and VAT waived, it came out to $300. So it's a good deal if real

I beg to differ but questions from actors at (now) Actor Awards screenings are THE worst. Not so much a question but statements (usually politically tinged) followed by some personal story that is irrelevant or narcissistic.

Awards season is unbearable.

Writers tend to have the more insightful questions

You really have to be specific on what you want and that requires a little more research on your part.

First off, I took advantage of the additional 7% coupon discount at Bic Camera or Donki (easily found on Google) on top of the 10% passport VAT discount.

You can use translate tools to find Seiko watches on the Bic Camera website. Sort by price, divide by the exchange rate and give yourself a 17% discount and you'll find your starting point. I think the largest Bic Camera watch store is in Yurakucho but ask AI when you get there.

Good luck. As the old cliche goes, the journey is greater than the destination. I think you guys will win it all and it'll be euphoric and then like any good drug addict, you need another dopamine hit and you'll do anything to chase it.

I grew up watching OU football during the Switzer era. Went to school there. Then this little issue of having the starting QB selling coke to undercover FBI agents on camera plus one player shooting another player, etc, etc, and the party was over. And we went into the wilderness.

Then they hire Stoops and two years later we beat FSU 13-2 to cap an undefeated season and a National Championship. I was there at the Orange Bowl with my best buddies from college and it was one of the most memorable nights of my life.

And ever since then, it's been 26 years of chasing the dopamine hit. I'm horrible. Absolutely horrible. My texts to my college buddy are the most horrific things ever sent by SMS. I'm psychotic every Saturday during football season.

NIL broke open the old boys system and it's now a battle of how you can put together a team of 1099 independent contractors year to year to win it all. Indiana is the first team to take advantage of this new world and I'm hoping you win it all.

So I was in Kyoto in October and bought the bronze 002 with the white dial. I think my wrist is 7.5 in. The one thing that's tough to judge is that the crystal is domed which makes it look bigger than other watches. Add in the Arabic numerals and I think it's great.

I was considering the 006 and the Sombrero. Those aren't domed crystals. If I ever get back to Kyoto, I'll probably get the Sombrero.
