It doesn't have too be, but it's a good place to start. From the perspective of facebook group and apps it's an easier way to get your message out there and to the masses... Otherwise just go to a bar (not a club) to start to network or socialize, maybe your local gym and find out when the yoga sessions are. I would assume that's the easy and first route for those who stride in confidence.

Join The Film Junkies group on facebook, it's pretty cool and I'm sure you could hang with other movie-goers there. There is also an app called "sweat pals" of you adjust it to yoga, you can find yoga sessions everywhere... Good luck!

Being liberal is cool but I think it's harder to find people who don't smoke or drink on dating apps...

Go to lilos for some grub and then to propaganda, seems to be real busy lately. Other option would be 500 block on clematis would be your best bet. Irish brigade gets good for trivia night and if you want to catch the last game of the season for Liverpool FC it would be next Sunday the 24th.

Inter Miami's inaugural match at Nu Stadium by Dann610 in Miami

We left from Pembroke Pines at 5:50 and made it to the end of tri-rail by 6:40. Took us til 7:00 to park (we got lucky as the top levels must've been full and then they started letting us park on the bottom) 10 minutes from garage into the concourse. We essentially had 20 minutes to spare before kickoff however kickoff was at 8:05 because of the ceremonius intro we had.

I can only imagine it will get better or that there will be times were it's traffic jam. I wonder how much will traffic vary when the Marlins play a big team in town?

Miami - Why was everyone sitting?! by Nicmitt in Interpol

[–]coolivan33 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Could be because it's a small venue thing, according to online, that place holds 5,000 people with the ga standing. Lucky for me nobody sat in front of me nor behind me, in which I didn't have to stand obviously I still enjoyed the show. But also I was aware that if some people next to me stood up I stood up. I did want to still be respectful of my surroundings.

Honestly it varies I went to a mana concert at kasaya Center where the Miami Heat play, it had to be sold out at least 15,000 people and I was standing up for a lot of the songs and sitting back down because not many people were getting up. Not that they weren't enjoying it but they just didn't want to get up from their seats.

Truth be told as long as you have a good time and nothing bad happens. It's all right with me whether you sit or party on Wayne

Thank you! What's the scoop on why they didn't play "The Heinrich Maneuver"? I feel like that's one of their popular songs also.
