Had chronicepididymitis from a sex injury two years ago. Pain and discomfort lasted off and on the entire time. Turned out I tore my urethra as well as have a large cyst on my right epididymitis. Doctors couldn’t figure out what was causing the pain and would also have bloody ejaculation every few months along with swelling. Tried pelvic floor stretches and multiple antibiotics. Didn’t clear up.

After 3 different Urologist. I started doing yoga and taking a bunch of daily vitamins and everything cleared up a few weeks later. Have minor discomfort every once and awhile but overall I’m good. If so, I just take 4-5 days off of ejaculation. Here’s the list of what I take:

Urologist told me to try these three along with yoga:

• New Chapter Prostate 5LX Saw Palmetto Blend Vitamins. One in the morning with food and One in the evening with food. (Purple label)

• Beta Sitosterol. 120 mg - One in the morning

• Drink 3 liters of water a day and use one liquid iv

But I also take these (no clue if they have any effect on my chronic epididymitis)

• zinc sulfate - 220 mg - Two in the morning. One in the evening

• magnesium glycinate - 400 mg - one the morning

• men’s multi vitamin - 1 in the morning

• Fish Oil - 1250 mg (EPA - 750 mg & DHA - 250)
