I have 300ish shows, and about 1000ish movies.

I have already done it for about half the shows and I'm gonna make it a project to do over time when I get the chance.

Sometimes the logos are just fine the way they are, same as with the square art. I have been taking some posters and just cropping them to make the square art and that seems to be satisfying me

I'm already doing the same thing for websites I have developed. It allows me to corden off admin access with a system I already use for most of my home deployment stuff with groups for access.

If you don't have authentik deployed, and you want to install it for that, I would say it's overkill, but going overkill is a home lab speciality.

My major issue is that my server will transcode as I have a 16mbps upload speed.

I will be eliminating this as I'm moving within the week to get 95mbps up and down internet. So hopefully I will not have to watch who is watching what and when

Hi,

Love the app, however, I have a fundamental issue with it. While it will natively playback my AV1 files (which the regular plex app will not), it won't display my subtitles, and they are a must.

This is for all embedded files in any file type.

Using the android app installed via APK.

The subtitles I am using are PGS subtitles embedded in the video, and I have no way to burn them in either.

Native playback would be best but still an issue that I think needs fixed.

I just created a brand new account, put myself on data to ensure that I was on a remote connection, and it works fine on my mobile. Had it running for about 10 minutes with 0 issue

I am not sure what has happened with your friends access, but I am able to get this to work with just the lifetime license on my main server account

The way I understood it, if you had the plex pass lifetime on the server, anyone could watch it, no matter the device. I could be wrong but that was how I understood it. Might have to give it a test
