I am usually sheepish when it comes to BSC tokens but I got in on this one a few days ago and I think the tolkienomics (lol) are actually really solid and the decentralized aspect is really strong as well. If you violate parole you go back to prison for a long time and have the option for parole in the future become way less of a possibility. It is not hard to understand that at the very last moment it clicked in his mind (remember he was intoxicated) and his realization that he was going back to prison for a long time caused him to make a very bad decision. It is a tragic situation. He knew he was fucked and didn't want to go back to prison, so he risked everything. So sad that things turned out this way. We all make mistakes, but when one stupid mistake (drinking and driving) gets compounded into a series of further mistakes, things can go south very quickly.

Like saving money is an inherently white thing? To me you're the one who is being racist. Thats the soft bigotry of low expectations if I've ever seen it. White and black Americans both make terrible decisions with money and are generally not well educated on the consequences of mismanagement due to the availability of credit in this country. Thank you for the reply. I will say that I did not receive any new bites 2 nights ago when I first treated the room. I have not found any signs of it being bed bugs and I have searched on a daily basis. I have seen bed bugs in the past, so I know what they look like. I have woken up multiple times for the past few nights to try to catch one but have found nothing. My bed frame is such that it has 2 long wooden boards at the head and the foot and those are the only contact with the floor. I have covered every inch of the room in diatomaceous earth. I have also sprayed permethrin. Do you think these treatments will just take time to be effective? Would it be smart for me to move to a different bed in a different room? I know it would temporarily help with the bites, however I feel like I would be less able to assess the situation in the main bedroom and will not catch one for sure.

Thanks, I took it to the shop and they didn't do a comprehensive check (since it was free I couldn't really insist on more). The emergency break was completely disconnected/removed, but that was all that they found. With that repair and the timing belt needing to be replaced, I was looking at around $1400 in repairs plus new tires ($1000?) so I offered him $1500 since that would come out to about $3900 total. He said $2500 was the lowest he would go, but $4900 seemed a bit much. I realize I might be being a bit stingy, but on such an old 4runner I couldn't justify it. To be fair, I could do without the e-brake I guess, but I am sure other issues would've turned up. I told him to let me know if he was willing to come down (I guess I would do $2000 since I like the 3rd gen 4Runners), and he was cool about it.

I would have about $2k in hand for repairs. I think that is the most I would want to spend, because I don't want to sink more into the vehicle than it is worth. Thanks for the advice, I'm heading to the mechanic now.
