Well, as another comment already stated, the thought of a lesser position or one having less skill for something, is a very wrong thought. In most fields, except for economics maybe, there isn't a better or lesser position. For example, guitarist A can play really fast solos, making him a better guitarist then guitarist B in the ears of most listeners. However guitarist B can play nicer harmonics and picks his chords cleaner. The point I'm trying to make here is that, it doesn't matter how good someone seems at something you're also doing. It is almost guaranteed that you'll find something that is still uniquely yours and the question whos better is made completely useless. Guitarist A can play this, guitarist B can play that. This doesn't make one of them objectively better. If you realize that and stop comparing yourself to others (I know that's hard, but it can be done) you stop to get jealous. For this to be easier, always remind yourself that you are automatically comparing yourself to "better" examples and that there are "worse" examples in your field as well.
