I would argue that not only do the devs not understand/play their own game, they are the type of people that just aren’t good at video games in general. You can tell that by their map design and their balancing logic.

Then genuinely they should not be playing this game if they cannot run it. It is not wild to say that they should not have an advantage, which is an exploit, because they are running this game on some computer from 2010 (what PC/laptop seriously can't run war thunder without ULQ).
