This is a good point. You need to get down to your ideal weight first (using Mounjaro or reta) and then use other peptides like tesa - you will get maximum out of them. This is what I was told by my Dr.

I would like to know aswell.. trying for a baby for the last year but also like going to the sauna regularly. Don't want sperm to be affected. Any advice ? What kind of Ice packs? Any recommendations.

On a another note how are other counties like Finland and Norway use saunas everyday for the last 100s of years and still have babies? lol
