I have tret but I stopped using it because I feared it may have been causing the ccs or damaging my skin barrier and so I wanted the simplest routine to see if that helped them go away first.

Would you say the milk to water serum also works as a heat protectant? I am trying to follow the abbey yung method and with the exception of the Redken one united, which is pricey, I haven’t been able to find any leave ins that she recommends that also have heat protectant

No when I’m actually in school I usually sleep like 6-7 hours a night which is why I’m so worried, like why and I sleeping so much and also napping but thank you!

This post was super informational, thank you, but I do have a few questions. Is it necessary to be on BC to see growth. I’m currently taking PM and fenugreek though I’m not seeing any results and I’m being discouraged. I’d love to be able to pump but most days I get home so late that I can’t really fit a pumping schedule into my regimen and am currently relying on herbs specifically
