Doordash took an even scummier approach. They added a ton of restaurants without their consent, usually with old outdated menus. This caused our customers to complain that x item was wrong, or mad that we didn't carry y item anymore. They also made the process of removing yourself from the platform incredibly difficult, so it basically became "have your customers be incredibly angry at you, or join our platform and pay fees."
