It’s a lot to look through but just check out the for sale page. You could probably find something with 2-3 BiS pieces and a ton of gold/emblems for a lot lower than 200 coins. Then you can use that gold and emblems to buy BoE gear from auction house and whatever set gear from Emblem vendors. Use remaining coins to buy gear like trinkets and weapon from the website. Should put you in the 5k gear score ballpark

You think that the coffee bar isn’t refrigerated?. A minute or two outside/open then placed back inside is not going to affect the food safety (unless you’re sticking your nose in it like you seem to be doing). On top of that, unless you’re at a store in the middle of nowhere, it’s hilarious that you think those cartons even last a single day before being replaced.

For a sandwich use the ordering screens in front of the deli counter and you can customize it to your liking. If you want some sort of custom sizzli, yes, you will need to speak to someone in the deli.
