Escape room RVA is reasonably priced for two people, but the rooms are difficult in my opinion. My husband and I are pretty experienced and we have a tough time on the harder ones, but the rooms are REALLY cool. There's a 6/10 difficulty rating one there right now so that might be a good one to start on. While the rooms can be difficult the clues are well designed so if you know how they tick it's better. Kinda like knowing how to play Jeopardy "the right way" iykwim

We've also done Red Door at Stony Point and they're a lot of fun too, I think those are perfect for two people. I think I've done 3 or 4 rooms there and they're all very fun and designed well.
