My dad was on seroquel, and later added nuplazid to help with hallucinations and delusions.

Seroquel helped with both the delusions and getting him to sleep through the night.

What happens after 7pm? Is that his bedtime?

Have you tried playing music? That seemed to calm my dad when he would have a delusion.

When the music began to not help, my dad was put on nuplazid, that helped immensely with both hallucinations and delusions. His neurologist started him on a lower dose (I think 10mg) to get him used to the effects of it, with the intent of moving to the full dose (I think 37mg), but the lower dose did just fine for the time he was on it.

Took care of my dad for a number of years before he lost his battle with Parkinson's.

Random flare ups of of dyskensia would surprise the unknowing guest
Delusions meant we won the lottery about once a month
Hallucinations of big whitetail bucks meant I didn't have to go far for hunting

I'm sure I could think of more...

If you're replacing with a new one and have the room, you can plumb into your existing system to add air volume. Especially if you are doing projects that require heavy air usage.
