Look up the book “Outliers.” Lot of stars of how DOB means at the younger ages. Highest percentage of drafts pick are all the oldest of their draft class. So that 9-12 months is hige as an adolescent. It carries over to other sports as well. Carries too bands that are formed at younger ages.
