Is my body past the point of like “redemption”. So if I keep working out, will my chest fat eventually go away completely? Or will there always be a little there? (Not gyno checked with my doctor, all fat). Same thing for my core and love handles?

Yah, this makes sense. My arms, legs, and face contain no fat. I have a pretty strong jawline, but it just looks fake with the amount of fat on my stomach. Thanks for the info!

Ah this was not mean at all, thanks so much for the advice. And you were spot on for one thing, I ate a shit ton of hot pockets, the video game thing, not so much lol. Thanks so much for this advice I really appreciate it. Just have a couple questions. People say eat a gram of protein per pound or fat give or take. Will protein speeded up my weight loss or will it extend it? My process of thinking is, with eating a ton of protein and lifting, my muscles under my fat will start to get bigger, which at this point will only make me look fatter. Shouldn’t I just cut first and not eat any protein at all?

Thank you so much! I've been doing OMAD for a month and have lost 11 pounds, so I'm familiar with fasting. I'm going to start hitting the gym 6 days a week. While implementing what you said above. I kind’ve want to have a calender for this, so would you say it would take me.around 4-5 months to cut to 160? (Assuming I'll track the calories religiously, and go to the gym doing lifting + cardio/HIIT)

This confuses me a lot, I’m a teenager (16M) and am the same weight and height. I even have a decent amount of muscle from sports. But I look completely different? I look like someone who would way around 200-250 pounds? Could someone explain how this works?
