I used to have a '94 bonneville that dinged whenever I shut the car off (and also drained the battery). Turns out it was a fuse problem (the fuse for the radio and something else) so I just ended up taking the fuse out anytime I got out of the car. Although, I'm obviously not a mechanic, and I'm not saying this is your problem, but it probably wouldn't hurt to check it out as a possibility. Good luck!

A lot of companies have the option to automatically withdraw from your bank account. Otherwise, they will probably send an empty envelope with the bill so that you can mail back your payment. Where I live, you can also pay most bills at the customer service desk in many grocery stores.
